Dr Maryam Zia completed her specialty training in rheumatology in 2019. She completed her MBBS at The University of Punjab, Pakistan. She undertook physician training in a tertiary care hospital in Pakistan then moved to Australia to undertake her basic physician training at Rockhampton Base Hospital and Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital. She then completed her Advanced Training at the Princess Alexandra Hospital and Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital. Dr Zia is interested in all aspects of inflammatory autoimmune diseases.
